I’m not pregnant and not breastfeeding, can I come?
YES! We welcome all women.
What time should I arrive?
Please arrive 15mins before your appointment time to enjoy a complimentary foot soak, and so that we can start on time. Kindly take note that if you arrive late, your appointment might be shortened or canceled.
Can my husband / baby / friend wait in the premise?
We have a waiting room in Bangi that you can use for free, subject to availability. Please let us know in advance if you would like to book the waiting room. Kindly take note that we do NOT have a waiting room in Ampang.
At how many weeks of pregnancy can I get a massage?
You can come for our bestselling prenatal massage at as early as 13 weeks of gestation 😊.
How do I book a session?
You can book directly online or talk to us first if you prefer, by clicking HERE.
Can I cancel my booked appointment?
Yes, you can. Please cancel more than 24 hours in advance. However, if you have paid a non-refundable deposit for a booking on a weekend / Public Holiday, you can reschedule the appointment to another date.
Are Bondahaven treatments for women only?
Yes, Bondahaven is strictly women-only.
Do I have to pay deposit to come?
You only need to pay deposit if you book your appointment on a weekend or Public Holiday
If I book online, is my booking already secured?
No 🙏🏼 Please take note that due to the nature of our business, we must double check our schedule first before confirming your appointment 🙏🏼 Our team will send you a Whatsapp to confirm your attendance.
Is your published price inclusive of SST?
No, all our prices are NOT inclusive of SST.
